Advantage Speech Pathology Services strives to provide quality services to all clients by offering you/r child/dependent individual time with our clinicians. Regular attendance is essential to you/r child’s/dependent’s progress in achieving therapy goals.
OUR FEES
Advantage Speech Pathology Services offers assessment and treatment for preschool, school-aged and adult clients. Our treatment sessions range from 30, 45 and 60 minutes in duration for both SLP and CDA services. Assessments are typically 60 minutes in length (but may extend further) and are scheduled with a registered Speech-Language Pathologist.
Home sessions are offered at an additional fee.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payments by cash, cheque, credit/debit cards, e-transfer, third party direct. Payment is required following each session. An invoice will be provided to you for speech services with clinician information on each receipt. Speech Pathology service are covered under most extended benefits plans; please contact your provider to ensure coverage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellations
- Any missed/cancelled appointments less than 24 hours notice will be charged a full session fee (families are offered consideration in situations of illness, emergencies or inclement weather)
- After 2 cancellations within a therapy block without sufficient notice, ASPS reserves the right to place services “on hold” until another scheduled therapy block is available
ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional services including consultations with other professionals, case conferences with schools or any other communication (emails, reports, etc.) will be billed according to the time required for these services.
Advantage Speech Pathology Services reserves the right to change fees at any time.
